OUR POLICIES

SAFETY HEALTH ENVIRONMENT
AND QUALITY (SHEQ) POLICY

As leaders in our field of Plant Repairs and Maintenance, we provide Workshop Based, Field and Labour Services and Parts Supply to our clients, mainly in the Hunter Valley NSW. CPR Plant Repairs and Maintenance pride ourselves on providing high quality outcomes for our clients and a healthy, safe and environmentally responsible workplace for our employees, contractors and visitors.

Our Safety Health Environment and Quality (SHEQ) Integrated Management System (IMS) provides a governance framework for effective control of our activities and business performance aimed at minimising risk and achieving zero harm to our employees and others working for or on our behalf, and to the environment and the communities within which we work.

Management shall ensure the availability of resources to implement and foster the commitments within this policy as a core business ethos. It is the duty of all personnel to be aware of the requirements of this policy, and to uphold our business values.

We shall strive for continual improvement in our safety, health, environment and quality performance through periodic management review of our existing systems, practices, procedures and performance.

We recognise that continual improvement of our performance depends upon providing a quality service to our clients by maintaining close working relationships and providing innovative and customised solutions to meet their needs.

Commitments

We commit to integrating consideration of quality, safety and the environment into business planning and operations by identifying SHEQ hazards and risks and opportunities for continual improvement of our IMS.

We commit to complying with legal and other obligations relating to the health and safety of our employees and our environmental performance. We commit to minimising negative environmental, safety and community impacts of our work activities in the workshop, office and in other places where we may work including prevention of pollution, and reduction of WHS risks through consultation and participation of workers. We commit to controlling the quality of our services and products through the implementation of the IMS in order to satisfy applicable requirements.

This policy provides the framework for the setting of business objectives.
